Due to unfortunate circumstances, RL Young Elementary School is without power today and will have to dismiss school at 10:30 AM. This dismissal is for RL Young Students ONLY. Again, there is no power at RL Young Elementary School today and that campus will be dismissing school today at 10:30 AM.
