Employee Account Information

Talladega City Schools utilizes Gmail for email, PowerSchool as our SIS provider, and Classlink as our password locker and software dashboard. Once you have been approved by the board and your information has been added to PowerSchool, your accounts will be created, access will be granted, and your supervisor will be notified with that information.

If you have already spoken with your supervisor and are still unclear about how to access any of your accounts, please feel free to submit a ticket. We will get back in touch with you as soon as possible with any information you need to resolve your situation.

 
PowerSchool - PowerTeacherPro Access

To log into PowerTeacherPro at TCS, you must use Google SSO. Please ensure that you are logged into Google with your work account credentials. If you encounter any issues, please submit a ticket and we will respond as soon as possible with the information you need to resolve the situation.

 
Payroll Information

After you are employed, you should receive all relevant information related to your salary schedule, vacation and sick leave, as well as your time clock information. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please submit a ticket. We will respond as soon as possible with any information you need to resolve your situation.

Note: There are at least three time clocks located on each campus for you to use. Your clock-in information works on any time clock in the district. If you do not know the location of the time clocks on your campus, please ask your supervisor.

 
Technology Equipment and Gear

Depending on your employment situation, you will be provided with equipment or tools to use on the job. This can range from a desktop computer to a Viewsonic smart panel. Some of these devices require that you fill out a digital device agreement in PowerTeacherPro before they can be issued to you.
